Samsung are set to have 2 variations of the 3d glasses, normal battery operated 3d glasses and 3d goggles that can be recharged via the TV.

The standard Samsung 3D glasses can be worn over a regular pair of glasses and are powered by a small battery that will last around 50 hours.

The Samsung googles will be in two different styles, one of these is an adult design and the other is for children and the battery life of the 3D goggles will last around 25 hours; they can be charged through the televisions USB port.

And there's more...the 3D Samsung televisions will also be able to convert standard 2D images into a pseudo 3D type of picture. The UE46C7000 has an integrated 2D to 3D slider ranging from one to ten - with ten offering the most explosive effect on your viewing experience!
